Brent Hall

Mr. Hall came to the practice of law from his previous career in law enforcement. A former law enforcement instructor and member of the Fort Smith Police Department (1997 - 2004), Mr. Hall was a recognized expert in Drug Recognition and DWI during his tenure in law enforcement.

After graduation from the Oklahoma City University School of Law (magna cum laude) in 2008, Mr. Hall was admitted to the Arkansas bar. He joined Byars Hickey & Hall in 2012.

Mr. Hall focuses his practice in the areas of family law (divorce, custody/visitation, child/spousal support, adoption, and DHS dependency-neglect cases) and criminal law (including DWI charges, juvenile court proceedings, and drug court proceedings).

Mr. Hall is married to Jennifer Hall, with whom he has two sons, Camden and Cade. The Hall family attends Grace Community Church in Fort Smith.
